The Inside Story on Cutting Live for Beyonce Dance-a-Thon 24 Hours on MTV
Mitch Jacobson of Category Five Studios shared a behind-the-scenes look at the people and equipment used to produce the Beyonce Dance-a-Thon 24 Hours, on MTV March 9th, in Category Five’s blog. Noteworthy is that the production made use of two TriCaster 8000 units and their mirror mode, which ensures that high-end mission-critical live production goes on even if a problem develops in the primary switcher.
