3DStorm Shows Latest NDI® Products at IBC 2017
Kitplus interviewed Franck Lafage of 3DStorm at IBC 2017; the company distributes NewTek products in Europe, and also makes the LiveXpert line of production tools, many of interest to NewTek production system users. Lafage spoke in particular about the NDI®-enabled products that the company was showing on their main stage.
- For video and sports production, Live CG Broadcast is a 1RU box with professional static and animated graphics and text and the capability to work with both SDI and NDI production systems. The latest version adds the capability for more layers and other enhancements.
- Live Media Server is a four-channel media server, 1RU rack mount, each channel independently configurable to record or play media, with an NDI-enabled version.
- A partner product line in the booth, NewsMaker Systems’ NewsCaster™ line, bridges the gap between NewTek TriCaster® or IP Series and the newsroom computer system and integrates them into an automated newsroom workflow.
- Live Tally wireless tally system with 2KM range, is now 30% less cost with better performance. All 3DStorm and partner products integrate with NewTek production solutions. Enjoy the interview!
